Non-therapeutic hypnosis is a guided relaxation experience that helps you access a calm, focused state where your mind is more open to positive suggestions, visualization, self-reflection, and personal insight.

It is designed to support personal growth, confidence, mindset, relaxation, clarity, and exploring new perspectives.
