Last year, I experienced one of the biggest transitions of my life - becoming a mother again while continuing to lead KNTR.

Three days after delivering my daughter, I was back in the clinic.

It wasn’t the plan. And it certainly wasn’t easy.

But behind every appointment on my schedule was a person who had trusted me with their face, their confidence and their care.

And I don’t take that lightly.

That season reminded me of something that has always been at the core of how I practice:

I’ve been thinking a lot about the word “natural.”

It’s a word we hear constantly in aesthetics. But for me, natural has never simply meant using less product or making a subtle change.

A hair transplant and FoLix do two very different things.

HAIR TRANSPLANT:
Hair follicles are surgically relocated from a donor area to areas where hair has been permanently lost. It can create significant restoration in appropriately selected patients - but it involves surgery, recovery, greater expense and a finite supply of donor hair.

A transplant also doesn’t stop ongoing hair loss in the surrounding, non-transplanted hair. And due to the limitations in donor areas, it can generally only be done only 1-2 times.

FoLix:
Doesn’t transplant new follicles. Instead, fractional laser technology is used to stimulate existing follicles and support improvements in hair count and density in appropriate candidates.
