On my drive home, I’m usually listening to a podcast… or music if the day was a lot. But today, I sat in silence and just thought.

About the pressure.

A lot of my patients ask me, “how do you do it all?”
7 months postpartum, two littles, running a business, being a partner… and still showing up the way I do.

And the truth is - some days, it feels like a lot.

To be present at home.
To take care of my health, my body, my skin… and try to keep it all together.

In aesthetics, I always say, this is a journey, not a race.
Lately, I’ve been reminding myself that applies to life too.

Because social media can make it feel like you need to do everything, perfectly - all at once.

But real life doesn’t look like that.
