This was a great workout ~ I truly had fun running. Hills and speed.
Apple Fitness never reflects a true picture of distance so I doubled up with iFit and Nordictrack.

Afternoon Run - Jody D's 2.5 km run This was an Apple Fitness + treadmill workout. I ran iFit in manual at the same time to unlock my real stats.
