Are you showing up for yourself?
These last 6 months or so have been rough for me mentally. Then the excitement of Christmas with the family and that getting cancelled again was another hit. I haven’t been present for any of you in this group since pretty much my little Violet arrived.
I’ve told myself to start getting up and throwing on some mascara, take my medications (which I haven’t been doing properly) and give myself some credit for the things I do accomplish. Be it small or big. Here’s to a new year. Thank you for those of you that are still present in the group!
