I was reminded this week of how much fun it is to get outside in the snow, even if I don’t feel like it.

I’ve never cared much for the snow and yet every time I am brave enough to face it, I end up having a blast! It makes me feel totally recharged and like a big kid again.
And who doesn’t wanna feel like that right?

I love a good filter like the rest of us AND they can be GREAT way to feel REAL sh*tty about yourself.

Whether you’re comparing yourself to someone else’s filtered & over edited photos or to your own; let this be a reminder that what we see on social media is rarely to full truth of who we are.
•
My invitation is to start bringing an awareness to how you feel about your online presence vs. your reality. Are you comparing yourself to others? How do you feel after you put your phone down? Do you believe you have to “live up to” a certain standard online or even offline?
I’m bringing this into my life currently also because with awareness we have choice.

It’s called “grounding” and this term is used to explain feeling centred and reconnecting with the earth. Trees are filled with life-giving energy and you can pick up these vibrations when you come into contact with them.
