I’m still taking a break since having our baby only 7 weeks ago, but I did my wonderful Mom’s hair today 🤍! I haven’t dyed hair since September and I want to ease back into work by starting with family and some friends before I start taking on clients again! But it was nice to get creative again! I will let you all know when I’m ready to start up again 😘.

Since I wasn’t able to do my Mom’s hair for a bit due to my pregnancy and some things that came up (I haven’t dyed her hair since before September), we almost had to start over again on her colour that we worked hard to achieve over the last year. But I think we got to a good canvas now! She wanted a lighter root colour moving forward, so I did that and blended it into the rest of her hair. Can’t wait to keep getting her ends lighter over our next couple of sessions!

As the year is ending, here is my Top 9 of 2020!

What a year it has been! It started with graduating The Hair Art Design Program at JCI Institute and I was SO excited to start my career as a Hairstylist ✨. I got my first job at as a Junior Stylist. About 1.5 months in, COVID hit. In the beginning of COVID I found out the amazing news that we were expecting our first baby! At that point, with the pandemic and my pregnancy, I decided it would be safest for me to set up my own salon at home! Now as 2020 ends, I have started my Maternity Leave and baby will be here so soon!

Although it has been an unusual year, it has been full of amazing times as well! I have LOVED doing all of your hair and I can’t wait to keep creating when I am back from Maternity Leave!!

Officially on Mat Leave 🖤. Thank you all for your amazing support and Incant wait for you to all meet our little one! Can’t wait to be working again soon 🖤.
