I received my license to practice in 2003 and have been working in Maple Ridge since 2006. I also work the occasional Friday afternoon and Saturday.

I take ICBC, RCMP, and DVA patients as well as the general public. I specialize in deep tissue and fascial techniques.

Well spring is on the way…kind of, Little kitten Hera is almost full gorwn and yes I am still a practicing RMT. I started going through 18 years of files to make space and I marvel at all the people I have treated over the years. Some successfully and some not. I keep reminding myself that as we live, things (and people) come and go but they always leave a little something behind. Keep your heads up everyone in the coming months and remember to stretch before starting that yard work or gardening. 😉

Merry Christmas everyone. All the best this coming year.

Wow, I didn’t realize how long it has been since my last post. Many things have happened both personally and professionally in the last 2 years. Rest assured I am still a practicing RMT and I continue to look forward to helping out everyone I can.
Take care all and enjoy the coming spooky season.

Once again I apologize if anyone has been trying to get a hold of me. I, like many others have had issues with no cell service. Fingers crossed this gets taken care of sooner rather than later. Please message me here and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Once I find some free wi-fi.

Even with the change of public mask mandates until further notice I will still require all people who enter the building to wear a mask. My office is small and as a health care practitioner still have to follow the guidelines of my college and public health mandates. I appreciate everyone's patience and understanding while we all continue to navigate the ever changing protocols and restrictions through covid 19.

It's that time of year again, not only the holiday season but if you haven't used up all of your benefits let me know and I will get you in for appointments. This continues to be a different holiday season and I will remain open my regular hours. I also have gift certificate ready to go for any occasion.

Let’s be honest this also gives me the excuse to change up to a different cat picture.

Welcome fall as we hunker down, sit more, and when the weather gets chillier our posture can take a slide to the bad. Think about coming in for a massage therapy treatment and a refresher on proper posture. Also as a reminder only a few months left to use up your extended health benefits.

Psssst, I also have gift certificates for the up coming holiday season or just because.😉
Take care all.

Welcome to summer, which means longer days and longer days normally mean more outside activity. With restrictions being lessened that means more time with family and friends hopefully. Activity like yard work to outdoor sports and just plain splashing around in the pool or at the lake, most of us are considerably more active when the temperatures begin to rise.

And while it’s no secret Massage Therapy is excellent for relieving stress and soothing sore muscles, it also provides a wide array of additional health benefits designed to help you feel your best. Enjoy your time outside and know that if something happens I am a quick message away and always glad to help.

Spring is here (kind of), and so is COVID19(unfortunately).
Thank you so much for your continued understanding and support of the safety measures I have been taking for almost one full year now! I continue to maintain strict cleaning protocols for everyone’s safety. Now that all the doom and gloom is out of the way how is everyone feeling? With the nicer weather on the way get outside go hiking, biking or walking and know that I am here for all your continued massage therapy needs.
Take care.
