my nail technology license, I found that majority of my salon experiences were less than enjoyable. The technician doing my nails would be rough, not ask how I wanted my nails, as far as color, length, shape, etcetera. The end result was what I felt to be a "cookie cutter" set of nails. That would just not do for me. I am unique and wanted a set of nails that reflect that. As an extremely customer service oriented person, I am a firm believer in treating others the way you would like to be treated, and want to pass that down to you. Having been dissatisfied with my own salon experiences, I knew right away what I would do to improve upon that and want to make my client's experiences as enjoyable as possible. As well as being detail oriented and focusing on YOU, I also gaurantee that my tools are clean and properly sanitized, and I use brand new files on you which I will bag for you and put your name on. I disinfect my impliments and work area with a disinfectant called Accel, which is a high quality hospital grade tuburculocide disinfectant. When you sit at my table, I will take out an individually wrapped file right in front of you. My esthetics school instructor was very a**l as far as sanitation and safety goes, and made sure that the importance of it was ingrained into our heads. I provide a broad spectrum of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic nail enhancements, gel and acrylic toe nail enhancements, paraffin treatments and nail art. No matter how small the service, I promise to treat all of my clients with great care. I will greet you with a smile, offer you a beverage and snacks, and make sure that you are comfortable and satisfied every step of the way!
