As we’re just around the corner from wedding season, I thought this may be a good reminder.
These tips will apply to ALL bookings and will help make for a much SMOOTH process (except the last one-that’s just because foods my love language 😜)

And here’s what you don’t see…
Day before a shoot we clean, organize and pack.
We most likely don’t sleep well with an early call time, and we panic on our way there because we feel like we forgot something at home.
Then we insure ourselves we’ve been doing it long enough that even if we did forget something we can find an alternative.
Shoot day we set up, the talent and client love us, we create our looks, and go home. We lug home a bunch of brushes to clean, a kit to reorganize, and a smile on our face because we get to do what we dreamed of, as a little girl. 🙏🏽
Do you feel any work panic before a big job?! 😅

A December round of Festive pics. Happy Holidays to you all from our cozy wine fuelled home, (which I never thought would host 9 people for Christmas dinner) but we did it, and successfully! ❤️
It was the perfect amount of family and friends (the true gift) and bittersweet with a teen who openly talked about ‘the real Santa’ and didn’t bother to put cookies out for him. 🥺
I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t emotional this Christmas, and that I didn’t need time alone outside more than once. I really missed my step mum, even more than I thought I would. 😔
As much as I love the holidays, I also realize how I’m quite restless, and get very sick of eating poorly, and lounging for days on end.
But here’s to getting back to a routine, more fresh air, and more goodness in my body!
