Not all HIFU cartridges target the same depth.
The technology may be the same, but 1.5 mm, 3.0 mm, and 4.5 mm cartridges are designed to focus ultrasound energy at different tissue levels beneath the skin.
🔹 1.5 mm → more superficial targeting
🔹 3.0 mm → mid-depth targeting
🔹 4.5 mm → deeper focal targeting
HIFU works by concentrating ultrasound energy at a selected focal depth, creating controlled thermal treatment points beneath the skin while leaving the surface relatively intact.
So, a deeper cartridge does not simply mean “more power.” The key difference is where the energy is being focused.
