Here’s a handy infographic for you all to help ease your pains 🥰
After much deliberation at the start of this week, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, I have decided to suspend my practice until Monday March 30th at the earliest.
I will continue to monitor the situation and extend this time if needed.
I hope you can all understand that we need to do our part to keep not only ourselves healthy, but our community as well.
I encourage you all to try and do the same. Stay at home and do your part to help flatten the curve so that we can hopefully avoid overwhelming our healthcare system as the numbers continue to rise.
Please remember, even if you do not have any symptoms and feel perfectly fine, you can still be a carrier of this disease.
I will be there to help work out all of your aches and pains once this situation has settled down. In the mean time, do your stretches, foam roll, try some yoga. All of these things can help make you feel better.
I hope this message finds you in good health.
Much love and well wishes,

First handy tip (and probably the single most important thing you can do for yourself) KEEP HYDRATED- as an RMT I always push water intake and it is for good reason. Most people brush it off and don't really think about it until they are already dehydrated and feel physical thirst in order to start drinking. Your body NEEDS water to function properly. I see people every single day who have no idea why they are so tired/sore/headachey/etc. and more often than not, if asked how much water they've drank recently, their answer is little to none.
This is an excellent article I found explaining the effects dehydration has on the body(and the mind). Please read on to understand why we push water so much and why it is a key component in helping you feel better in so many ways. It is such a simple, basic thing that you can do to make a world of difference in the way you feel.😃
Here's What Dehydration Does to Your Body (and What to Do About It) Our bodies are made up of approximately 60% water; even our bones are around 30% water! Here’s how to identify the symptoms of dehydration, and treat it once it starts.
