❤️ Forged Fitness December Give-Back Month! ❤️

This December, we’re opening our doors — and our hearts — to help support families in our community.

💪 ALL MONTH LONG:
Anyone who drops in to train at Forged Fitness can work out for FREE with a donation of a non-perishable food item.
And yes — members can donate too! Let’s fill the bins and show what our fitness family is all about.

Every item collected will go directly to our local food pantry, helping put meals on the tables of families who need it most this holiday season.

🎄 It’s simple:
• Bring a non-perishable food item
• Drop it in our donation bin
• Get your workout in
• Make a real difference for someone in our community

Let’s come together and turn strength into service this Christmas season.
Thank you for being part of something bigger. ❤️
