Since August 22, some of our U.S. customers have been unexpectedly charged import duties of up to 𝟓𝟎% following new tariffs imposed by the Trump administration on Canadian goods. 𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝.

Our products are 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐚, and our prosthetics and underwear should qualify for applicable exemptions. Unfortunately, those exemptions were not properly applied to some shipments.

We’ve been working incredibly hard to find a solution and 𝐰𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐬. 💛

If UPS charged you unexpected additional import duties, we’ll give you store credit for the 𝐅𝐔𝐋𝐋 amount you paid.

𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟑: Our prosthetics and underwear should 𝐧𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 be subject to these unexpected U.S. duties.

To keep your packer from making an unexpected escape, we recommend wearing a Packing Boxer or Packing Jock to hold your prosthetic securely in place and help prevent any awkward bathroom moments. 🫣

Both styles are available up to 3XL and made from ultra-soft bamboo fabric seriously, once you feel how soft it is, you won’t want to wear anything else. 👌
