For the past week, I stepped away from the treatment room, my daily routines, and the constant juggling act of business, family, sports, and life.

I spent the week at a yoga and pilates retreat hosted by Kerstin at the beautiful in Costa Rica.

It was exactly what I needed!

As women, we spend so much time caring for everyone else that we often forget to care for ourselves. This retreat reminded me that taking time to rest, recharge, and reconnect isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity.

I’m incredibly grateful to Kerstin for creating such a thoughtful and inspiring experience. Her kindness, leadership, and ability to bring together an amazing group of women made this journey truly unforgettable.

To the incredible women I shared this experience with, thank you for your encouragement, laughter, wisdom, and friendship. Each of you inspired me in your own unique way.
