Ashiatsu (meaning “foot pressure”) is a unique, deeply therapeutic massage technique where your therapist uses their feet to deliver slow, controlled, and deeply relaxing strokes. Using overhead bars for balance and support, this method allows for consistent, even pressure that reaches deeper layers of muscle without the discomfort often associated with traditional deep tissue work.
