A little reminder about my cancellation & rescheduling policy 🤍

As a hairstylist, I completely understand that life happens — sickness, emergencies, and unexpected things come up. However, when appointments are cancelled, repeatedly rescheduled, changed at the last minute, or shortened on the day of the appointment, it has a much bigger impact on my schedule than you may realize.

When you book an appointment with me, I have specifically reserved that time for you. That means I’ve planned my day, turned away other clients who may have wanted that time, and structured my schedule around the service you booked.

✨ Repeatedly rescheduling makes it very difficult to maintain a consistent schedule and fill those openings.

✨ Changing to a smaller service the day of your appointment can leave a large portion of time that I specifically reserved for you unable to be filled.

✨ Cancelling last-minute means I often don’t have enough time to offer that appointment to another client.

And while I absolutely understand that sometimes you genuinely are sick, please call and still cancel! I will always appreciate that more than showing up to the salon just to avoid paying the fee while getting everyone else around unwell🤍🫶🏻

My cancellation policy isn’t meant to punish anyone. It simply protects the time I’ve set aside for my clients and allows me to run my business and maintain a consistent schedule.

Please make sure you’re confident in your availability before booking, and give as much notice as possible if something comes up.
