A friendly reminder to all valued clients:

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on a small massage therapy practice. When an appointment is cancelled on short notice, it’s often impossible to fill that time, resulting in lost income and preventing another client from accessing care.

I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and I always try to be understanding. However, cancelling at the last minute because of poor planning or non-urgent reasons isn’t fair to my business or to clients who may have been waiting for an appointment.

Please also note that if you believe you have cancelled or rescheduled your appointment but still receive your automated reminder email 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, your appointment has not been cancelled or rescheduled in the system. If this happens, please contact me as soon as possible so we can confirm your booking and avoid any misunderstandings.

Thank you for respecting my time and cancellation policy. Your consideration helps me continue providing the best care possible while keeping my schedule available for those who need it.
