I have AuDHD and before entering this field I would shy away from any kind of self-care appointment because feeling like I have to mask and engage in small talk the whole time doesn't really feel like self-care.

I want you to know that when you book an appointment with me you don't need to worry about following a social script/interaction. Come as you are. We can be quiet the whole time, or if you have a special interest that you're super passionate and want to talk about, I'm all ears!

Alongside my lived experience I also have my Sensory Inclusion Certificate. I have fidgets available for your use. I book extra time for appointments so if you need to take a break at any time we can.
