At FACED, every appointment time is reserved specifically for you. When appointments are cancelled last minute or missed, it makes it difficult to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and no-show appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
