Settle into stillness and reconnect with your body in this 45-minute Yin Yoga class. Designed to calm the nervous system and gently release tension, this practice focuses on long-held, passive stretches that target the deep connective tissues—fascia, ligaments, and joints.

Through a series of floor-based postures held for several minutes at a time, you’ll be invited to soften, breathe deeply, and let go of physical and mental stress. This class moves at a slow, meditative pace, making it accessible for all levels—whether you’re new to yoga or looking to complement a more active practice.

Expect a grounding experience that promotes flexibility, improves mobility, and leaves you feeling relaxed, restored, and deeply nourished. Perfect for unwinding at the end of the day or whenever you need a moment of calm.
