While we’re with a client, our focus is on giving them the best experience possible. That means we may not be able to answer the phone, reply to messages, or respond to booking requests right away.

Please know we’re not ignoring you. We’re likely in the middle of a colour application, haircut, nail service, tan, or another appointment that deserves our full attention—just like yours will when it’s your turn.

We also believe that taking care of ourselves allows us to take better care of you. Outside of salon hours, we’re spending time with our families, recharging, and living life beyond work. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we maintain a healthy work-life balance.
