Fine lines don’t just come from aging — they’re shaped by the little habits we repeat every day. From sun exposure to dehydration and even the way we sleep, it all adds up over time. Healthy skin is about more than treatments… it’s about protecting your collagen daily.

Your skin changes with every decade — and your treatments should too ✨
What works in your 20s may not be what your skin needs in your 40s, 50s, or beyond. As collagen production slows, hormones shift, and lifestyle starts showing up on the skin, our approach has to evolve from prevention → correction → restoration.
In your 20s, we focus on prevention, acne control, hydration, and protecting collagen. In your 30s, it’s all about supporting collagen production and slowing early signs of aging. In your 40s and beyond, we begin targeting skin laxity, volume loss, pigmentation, texture, and overall skin health from a deeper level.
The good news? It’s never “too early” or “too late” to start caring for your skin. Healthy aging isn’t about looking 20 forever — it’s about helping your skin stay strong, healthy, radiant, and functioning at every stage of life 🤍
The best treatment plan is always the one customized to YOU, your goals, your lifestyle, and your skin.
Coffee dates are cute… but have you ever booked a filler appointment together? 💉✨
Same catch-up, better lighting, and you leave a little more refreshed than when you walked in 😌
Priorities have changed — and honestly, I’m not mad about it.

Things nobody warns you about in your 30s when it comes to your skin 👀✨
Suddenly the sun damage from your “I don’t need SPF” era starts showing up. The stress hits harder — and so does the cortisol-induced inflammation, dullness, breakouts, and accelerated aging. Your skin doesn’t bounce back overnight anymore after poor sleep, dehydration, or one too many drinks. And you realize that not every trendy product on TikTok belongs on your face.
Your 30s are usually when skin starts asking for support instead of damage control.
Collagen production naturally slows down. Cell turnover isn’t as fast. Hormonal fluctuations, stress, pregnancy, lifestyle, and burnout all start showing up on your skin in ways they maybe never did before.
This is also the decade where consistency matters more than chaos.
✨ SPF becomes non-negotiable
✨ Barrier health matters
✨ Medical-grade skincare makes a difference
✨ Treatments should support long-term skin health, not just quick fixes
✨ Less “doing everything” and more doing the RIGHT things
The good news? Your skin in your 30s can still look incredible — it just needs a smarter approach than it did at 22 🤍
We didn’t make the rules 🤷♀️

Aging isn’t just about time … it’s about the habits we repeat every single day. And some of the most common ones are quietly accelerating the process without us even realizing it.
These are the top five patterns I see time and time again in clients looking to reverse the signs of aging:
1. Caffeine without true hydration. While your morning coffee isn’t the enemy, relying on it without actually hydrating your body can leave your skin looking dull, dehydrated, and more prone to fine lines. Hydrated skin = healthier, more resilient skin.
2. Excessive alcohol and smoking are two of the fastest ways to accelerate aging. Both increase inflammation, deplete essential nutrients, and directly impact collagen and skin repair — often showing up as premature lines, uneven tone, and loss of glow.
3. Sleep is another major factor that’s often overlooked. Your body does its deepest repair work while you rest. Consistently poor or disrupted sleep increases cortisol levels, impacts skin regeneration, and over time contributes to accelerated aging.
4. Inconsistent or improper cleansing. Leaving makeup on, not cleansing thoroughly, or skipping your routine altogether leads to buildup, congestion, and impaired skin function. Healthy skin starts with consistency.
5. Skipping SPF — or applying it once and thinking you’re covered. UV exposure is the leading cause of premature aging, breaking down collagen and leading to pigmentation, fine lines, and loss of elasticity. Daily use (and reapplication) is non-negotiable if you want to protect your skin long-term.
None of this is about perfection — it’s about awareness. Small, consistent shifts in your daily habits can make a significant difference in how your skin ages over time.
If you’re not sure where to start, let’s build a routine that actually supports your skin — long term ✨

Treatments correct the skin.
SPF protects the skin.
You need both for real, long-lasting results.
Turns out when you build something of your own… the hours don’t exactly go down 😅✨
Somewhere along the way it became 174 hours a week — but when you love what you do and genuinely enjoy the people you’re surrounded by, it doesn’t feel the same 🤍
Wouldn’t trade this life, this team, or the chaos for anything.
Growing a human means putting some of my favourite things on pause 🥲✨
No Morpheus8. No injectables. Just me, patience… and a very solid skincare routine holding the line 😅
Temporary trade-off for something much bigger 🤍
