Happy long weekend, everyone ! I hope you are enjoying the beautiful warm temperatures! 🌞 but if you are, here is a friendly reminder to NOT wear any citrus oils on your skin that will be visible to the sun.
Why?? ✨️
Because citrus oils contain compounds that make your skin far more sensitive to UV light from the sun. This is called phototoxicity. When this happens, it is basically like experiencing a severe sunburn... not fun!

But as long as you avoid that, Lemon oil is a fantastic oil that has many benefits!! 🍋 not to mention it smells amazing 😍

With aloe vera, tea tree essential oil and lavender essential oil this spray is a first aid MUST HAVE ! In this house we absolutely love this spray and use it every chance we get. It is the only first aid product that my young kids are not afraid of, and actually ask for.
