How often should you book a massage? That all depends on why you’re coming in,and what goals you have.
Relaxation - As often as you like! Weekly, biweekly, monthly, whenever you want to relax. You can never get too much relaxation.
Pain Relief/Treatment- Leave at least 3 days between treatments for the body to recover. Typically that means weekly appointments until the issue or pain subsides (4-5 weeks). Treatment plans can vary based on the specific condition.
Maintenance- Monthly appointments are recommended. Prevention is a good habit to get into. It’s easier to practice prevention then treat injuries.
