Whatever you are focusing in, is the Energy, Frequency and Vibration you are constantly bringing back into your awareness.

Its the reason why I stopped watching the news 6 years ago.

The more you focus on pain, drama, gossip, lack, fear, scarcity, the more those will show up in your awareness.

Instead focus on what you want to attract, how you want to live, the life you are creating for your family.

Focus on your Blessings, not your burdens.

The Affirmation to go along with Today's Forte Frequency is " I focus on what I want to grow in my Life".

Some days are really hard.

You're faced with so much all at once and it feels heavy.

And Im here to tell you thats OK.

Not everyday needs to be incredible.

Its important though to realize that even in the hard seasons of life, you are not alone.

The phrase I keep finding myself repeating is "even when someone carries it well, doesn't mean it's not heavy"

I find comfort in the little moments when things feel heavy. Small reminders from my council of light (departed loved ones, angels, archangels, spirit guides, saints, and those who have gone before us.)

Just as the sun broke through, a bus with the number 2222, and in that moment God is the greatest played next on the Playlist.

Pay attention to the signs and once they show themselves express Love and Gratitude for the subtle messages that give you peace.

I asked for Strength...
And God gave me Difficulties to make me strong.

I asked for Wisdom...
And God gave me Problems to solve.

I asked for Prosperity...
And God gave me Brain and Brawn to work.

I asked for Courage...
And God gave me Danger to overcome.

I asked for Love...
And God gave me Troubled People to help.

I asked for Favours...
And God gave me Opportunities.

I received nothing I wanted...
And I received everything I needed.

This wasn’t a business decision, it was a values decision.

Clean living is part of who I am, Swapping out products for safer, cleaner, greener, more eco friendly options has been something we've been doing in our household for several years.

I wish this would have come into my awareness years ago, it would have made the transition so much easier. Although I was a skeptic and waited a whole year to try once it did.

I get people want to support Canadian, and this does. Ingredients are sourced from all over North America. This company has been supporting the Canadian economy and Canadian families for 30 plus years with hundreds of millions. Let me ask you, do you shop at Walmart, Costco, or Amazon? This store is no different.

I get that people only want to shop small, this does. They aren't on the stock market, they are debt free, and those who choose to share this with friends and family are people like me who chose to work this as a little business, stay at home moms, those who need a little extra because times are tough, or they see the opportunity to earn "thank you" checks, perks, and free products, but we are all just happy customers.

Its not about the money, its about the value these products can bring to our lives.

We've noticed a huge difference swapping to here, so why wouldn't I share it?

Most people share their favorite restaurant or that they got a great deal on skincare, or that Amazon has their favorite items on a deal of the day, so why wouldn't you want to share these too?

For me it was a no brainer, I love the products, they're making a difference in our lives. Heck I was able to put on a face of makeup Sunday that didnt irritate me like most stuff Ive tried in the past. (Pictured here)

Plus when friends Ive referred tell me things like
"Everything we've tried has been beyond our expectations " or "when I went back to mio after running out of electrolytes I couldnt drink it, I threw the mio out" or Ive already put other stuff to try in my cart, cause everything is so good" that to me is validation that theres something here.

Its not just me, its millions of families who give this a try and fall in love.

Does that mean it takes me longer to get there? Perhaps

But it will more than likely impact a whole lot more people.

Staying authentic to myself, my values, and holding integrity is how I can be proud of myself and the work I do.

Winding down tonight after an amazing day, and a jam packed week, before heading back to work tomorrow.

But I had to post this because this outfit deserved to be on my page. And well I have makeup on, and that hasn't happened in gosh I dont know how long.

Why?

Because I feel good in it, It fit perfect, and its from the cutest little boutique clothing store right here in Mississauga.

Finding stylish plus size clothing is not always easy, and as much as I dont actually go out that often and have the need to get dressed up, you need some staples in your wardrobe that work, and are interchangeable.

Jeans, Tank, and Jacket were all from there and I will have to go back and get more colours of the tank cause its literally perfection.

As for me mentioning makeup, I have finally found some that I can use. Im not clawing my face off, its doesn't smell, and no reaction to it and it has to be the fact that its European quality, without the heavy duty price tag.

Ill post some more pics soon from the events this week, but for now its time to put my feet up and watch a show.
