To be able to inspire someone to make the necessary changes in their life to reach their Goals, and live their best life.

What that looks like?
I dont know!
Every person has a different Vision of their own life.

But I'd hope that by me sharing tools that have helped me, it motivates someone to strive for better.

Whether thats abundance (all forms), weight loss, health goals, people wanting a  better mindset, perspective or happiness. The list goes on.

Why?

Because everyone deserves and is worthy of pure and unconditional Love, Joy and Abundance.

Beauty is everywhere.

Blessings are too.

Sometimes were so clouded by the narrative we tell ourselves or believe from the outside world that clouds our judgment and makes us blind to the truth.

We believe our worth is based upon what society tells us.

Im here to tell you that thats BS.

But you need to want change to be able to make changes.

It starts with you, and if you dont know where to start, find someone you connect and align with.

My wellness journey has been in the making for years.

Does it look like I have it all together?
You tell me.

But what I will tell you is I'm human, there's ebbs and flows, highs and lows. I'm not perfect by any means. But I try to share things that have worked for me, because maybe just maybe you've been there too, or maybe you are currently in the thick of it.

Whether it Peri-Menopause, Hasimotos, PCOS,  Hypothyroidism, Mom Life, Mindset or Energy Work. Whatever healing you are doing, maybe you can take notes.

We are all different, and each body is unique to symptoms, sensitivities, and diagnosis.

But one thing I know for a fact is Food Heals, Mindset Heals, Vitamins, Minerals, Supplements, Heal. Essential oils, plants, and nature's medicine Heals.

What you put in or on your body matters. What you expose yourself to in your environment matters.

And one thing I learned in all my experience on this journey, that I wish I would have given serious consideration to was instead of jumping to western medicine and a quicker fix, was having enough respect for my vessel to try to Heal with it.

My goal is to come off my prescription medication in the long run as my body changes and adjusts. Im not saying theres no place for it, and Im not about to play with my health and act foolishly by stopping while I work towards coming off it but often times the side effects or the companion meds you have to take additionally have greater downsides than benefits.

And Im not telling you to disregard what your family practioner is telling you or advising you, but if you do question something that doesnt sit right, than research your alternatives and see if you can be monitored while you try to make necessary changes to improve.

Making necessary changes is a mindset shift.
Believing you are worth the effort is a mindset shift.
Knowing you can make changes without deprivation is a mindset shift.

Dont focus on what you're taking away, focus on what you will be adding to your life.
Years, Health, Happiness etc.
It starts with you.

When hubby and I first opened Hair Zone, retail was 30-40% of our revenue. The shampoo or hairspray you bought after a hair service gave us extra to put food on the table, support our kids hobbies or the clothing on our backs.

We're a small business, and over the years we've needed to find like many other families ways to increase our incomes. My husband has always been the primary earner of our family. And Ive always had the need to take some of the pressure off his shoulders. My Crystal, Reiki and Coaching businesses allow me to contribute, but we wanted to provide our clients with more.

Things I Stopped Buying...

For years I used Resolve stain remover.

But after being diagnosed with Hasimotos almost 6 years ago that all changed.

I put it in order of importance, the things I consumed/ingested or things that I used alot. Food, drinks, toothpaste, deodorant, hand soap, body wash, candles, you name the household essential Ive changed it.

But not over night.

By picking one product at a time to swap out.

The things I held onto the longest? Was cleaning and laundry. But as far as Resolve went, its been a good 4 years since Ive used it cause the smell would make me sneeze, irritate my throat and skin.

I never really realized how it affected me, but my body knew, and would signal to me something was off.
