Try as we may ...we can't move mountains everyday. Some days the best you can do is show up, rest when you need to and honor your body's requests. After a bout of food poisoning this weekend, I dragged myself up and at em on Monday, only to be forced to pull back today. There's no escaping it, so listen the first time you're told!

We are all influenced.....parents, friends, foes or the media. As women, we are constantly judged in ways men will never be. Too fat, too skinny, too muscular, too loud.....we will always be too something for someone. The only way we as a species will ever abolish this is by taking away its power. Don't react, don't make changes to meet the expectations of anyone. The more you show the world how little their opinion means, the fewer opinions you'll hear.

Always be unapologetically you ...be comfortable in your own skin, speak your peace, love hard and forgive gently. Live your passion so your day isn't WORK, make mistakes and try again. None of us are getting out of here alive, so LIVE your best life while you have it.
