Let’s talk stats:
🌊 The average menstruator uses over 11,000 disposable products in their lifetime
🩲 Our reusable pads & period underwear last up to 5–10 years
🌍 That’s 3,300+ disposables saved from landfills, and counting!
The math is simple. Reusables = a cleaner planet ♻️

Meet Mariam.
At just 17, she’s the founder of Abimbola, a Gen Z-led, Canadian-owned brand changing the cycle.
Her journey started with painful periods and ended with powerful purpose 🌸
🩸 Toxic traditional products? No thanks.
♻️ Safe, sustainable options? That’s the Abimbola way.

Did you know what’s really in most disposable pads? 😳
🔍 PFAS
🔍 Chlorine bleach
🔍 Plastic & synthetic fragrance
These can lead to irritation, hormone disruption, and even long-term health risks.
At Abimbola, our products are:
🚫 Toxic-free
✔️ Skin-safe
✔️ Earth-friendly
Periods shouldn’t come with hidden risks. Let’s keep it real, and clean ♻️

✨ On June 28, I was honoured to receive the Community and Social Impact Award from Mayabel Movement International (MMI)!
Out of 100+ incredible applicants, only 11 changemakers were selected and I’m so proud to have been one of them. 💫
MMI is a powerful organization, especially well known within the Cameroonian community, and I’m incredibly grateful for this recognition. It means so much to see Abimbola’s mission of reimagining period care being celebrated on wider platforms.
To date, Abimbola has donated 61 reusable menstrual products to the Covenant House homeless shelter in Toronto and we’re just getting started. 💗
If you’re a charity, shelter, or organization looking to partner, we would love to donate and support your community. Let’s connect!
Abimbola is revolutionizing period care by one safe, sustainable period at a time. 🌍🩸
Thank you for the continued support!
