The truth is, hair colour isn’t a one-size-fits-all service. Every guest starts with different hair, different goals, and a different colour history.

When creating a personalized estimate, we consider things like:

• Previous colour history (including box colour)
• Hair length and density
• Grey coverage
• The technique you’re looking for (highlights, balayage, all-over colour, etc.)
• Your desired end result
• The time and products needed to achieve it safely while protecting the integrity of your hair

Two guests may both ask for “blonde highlights,” but one appointment may take two hours while another takes five.
