I get that for some people who are new to makeup having unlabelled brushes can feel overwhelming so I’m working on a document that I’ll have on a QR code in each brush set for those who want a little more guidance on which brush to use for which step

This was my first run of brushes I may add/takeaway certain brushes until I have the PERFECT set.

It took 2 of us 2.5 hours, trial and error and a bit of our sanity. I knew this was going to be a messy job so we dressed accordingly (clearly) however I did forget to protect my rug.. rookie mistake.

All of the pallettes were able to be depotted except 1, and I had way less casualties than I was expecting even though there were still many.

I got the 3 page magnetic pallette online (I don’t remember where sorry) and the magnets on Amazon. That whole process took me another 45 minutes I did a few days later once all my supplies arrived and I knew all the residue on the bottoms would be completely dry.

I love shadows but the big pallettes just took up too much space in my kit and I wasn’t reaching for them as much, so this was the best move.

All in all it was a good bonding exercise with my best friend and I’m glad to never have to do that again 😂

maybe the campers are onto something ???? I’ll start looking in the camping section more often bc one thing about me is that I will NOT be camping 😂

Finally found the perfect light that isn’t a pain in the ass to carry AND it runs on batteries so no outlet no problem

It’s a calling light from Amazon, I still bought it on .com bc it was still slightly cheaper than on .ca even with the exchange rate there is also a black version but it’s randomly $50 more ?!?!?

It was super hard for me not to just buy that one bc my entire kit is black but I couldn’t justify that much difference in price just for a color 😭
