Cupping is one part of the treatment, not the entire appointment.
I often use moving cups to help warm and prepare the area before returning to deeper hands-on work. The split is often close to 50/50, but I adjust it to your goals, comfort and response.
Temporary marks can happen, but heavy marking is not the goal.

Clenching at night? Waking with jaw pain or morning headaches?
Jaw tension and temporomandibular disorders can occur alongside headaches and migraine, but not every headache starts in the jaw.
TMJ-focused massage may help with jaw pain and movement. Treatment may include external jaw and neck work, along with optional intraoral techniques performed only with your informed consent.

What is IASTM?
Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, or IASTM, uses a specialized tool as part of hands-on massage therapy treatment. Your assessment guides how I use the tool, and I adjust the technique and pressure based on your comfort.
IASTM may be included in your treatment when appropriate and with your consent.

The clinic is located in Moncton with free parking. Please note that the treatment room is on the second floor and requires stair access.

Treatment starts before the massage.
I begin with assessment, movement and a clear explanation of what we’ll be working on. Treatment may include massage therapy, cupping, mobility work or TMJ and neck care, based on your individual needs and consent.

I’m excited to start offering personalized home exercise plans as part of my massage therapy care.
When appropriate, I can send a program directly to your phone, tablet or computer after your appointment. You’ll be able to watch clear video demonstrations, read the instructions, follow the recommended sets and repetitions, and keep track of what you’ve completed.
Programs may include mobility exercises, stretches, strengthening, breathing techniques or other home-care recommendations based on your assessment and treatment goals.
No random list of stretches. No trying to remember everything we discussed once you get home. You’ll have a clear, manageable plan that supports what we’re working on during your appointments.
I’ll be introducing this gradually over the next few weeks and offering it when it fits each client’s needs.

Another course completed! ✅
I’m happy to share that I recently completed continuing education in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM).
The course focused on fascial anatomy and neuroanatomy, movement screening, tissue tolerance, pain modulation, treatment techniques, and combining instrument-assisted work with movement and remedial exercise.
I’m always looking for practical ways to expand my knowledge and strengthen the assessment-based care I provide to my clients.
