👇I received this Google review from Suzanne Leger 💝Merci Suzanne!

“Lisa is very in tune with me as a client and offers an exceptional service rooted in women's care. She has specialized knowledge and a very unique skill set earned through her many certifications which sets her apart from a lot of RMTs (one example: abdominal massage). I have had many different massage therapists over the years. The best way to describe the feeling of her touch is like that of a healing grandmother taking care of others with very wise, strong, hands. She is truly one of a kind! 🩷🩷🩷”

👇Ladies your feet 👣 are your foundation that affects the whole body! I reclaimed my body when I reclaimed my feet 👣 🤗 How is your foundation? Whole body alignment matters!!!
Lisa Glasgow RMT nd

Your body doesn’t work in isolated parts. It works as one connected system.

A change at the foundation can influence everything above it. As the body works to maintain balance, compensations may develop through the knees, pelvis, spine, shoulders, and neck. Over time, these adaptations can affect posture, movement, and comfort.

Understanding how the kinetic chain works helps explain why the location of pain or visible misalignment is not always where the problem begins. Looking at the body as a whole allows for a more complete understanding of posture and movement.

It All connected!!! My feet 👣 (right+) needed help from childhood! More therapists need to make the connections! Treat women’s bodies as a whole not separate parts! 💯 lived experience!

🌿 Plantar Fasciitis: The Pain May Be in Your Foot… But the Restriction May Not Start There.

One of the biggest mistakes I see is treating plantar fasciitis as if it’s only a foot problem.

Yes, the bottom of your foot hurts—but what if that’s only where your body is asking for help?

The fascial system is one continuous, three-dimensional web of connective tissue that connects your feet to your legs, pelvis, spine, jaw, and the rest of your body. If the pelvis is rotated, compressed, or out of balance, the body compensates all the way down the kinetic chain.

That compensation can place excessive tension through the calves, Achilles tendon, and plantar fascia.

If we only stretch the foot, massage the sore spot, wear orthotics, or inject the painful area without asking why the foot is under so much tension, we may miss the root cause.

In John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, we don’t just chase symptoms—we evaluate the whole body. We look for the fascial restrictions that may be creating the compensation pattern in the first place.

✨ A balanced pelvis creates a stronger foundation.
✨ A balanced foundation reduces unnecessary strain throughout the body.
✨ When fascial restrictions are released, the body has the opportunity to move with greater ease and efficiency.

Sometimes the answer isn’t found in the place that hurts the most.

The body is always communicating. When we listen to the entire fascial system—not just the painful area—we often uncover the deeper story.

💜 Treat the body as a whole, not as isolated parts.

👇🌟Castor Oil uses!!! Ladies helps your liver too.

If you told a conventional dermatologist that putting oil on your skin could cure your liver, they would laugh. But if you asked them about the transdermal pharmacokinetics of ricinoleic acid, the laughter would stop.

Castor oil (Ricinus communis) is not your average oil. It is a unique triglyceride composed of 90% ricinoleic acid. This fatty acid has such a peculiar molecular structure that it allows it to pe*****te the dermis and subcutaneous tissue much deeper than any other cosmetic oil. But its magic isn't moisturizing; it's activating.

The Hidden Lymphatic Mechanism: Your lymphatic system is the body's sewer system. Unlike blood, it doesn't have a heart to pump it. It easily becomes clogged by stress, lack of movement, and toxic overload. Studies have shown that topical application of castor oil significantly increases the T-11 lymphocyte count within 24 hours.

What does this mean? That by applying a "packet" of castor oil to the liver area (below the right rib), you are sending a direct chemical signal to dilate the lymphatic and bile ducts.

Imagine your liver as a dirty, dry sponge. Castor oil acts as a warming solvent that pe*****tes the sponge, softens the thick bile (biliary sludge), and reduces inflammation of the liver tissue. It's a passive yet aggressive therapy against stagnation.

We're not talking about "magic." We're talking about stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system and localized lymphatic circulation through the skin's absorption of bioactive compounds.

From ancient Egyptian medicine to modern clinical naturopathy, this tool has been used to dissolve cysts, reduce fibroids, soften scars, and, most importantly, unclog the liver's Phase 2 detoxification pathway. If you have hormonal issues (excess estrogen), slow digestion, or just feel "toxic," your liver is crying out for help. And sometimes, help comes in better through the skin than through the mouth

YOURSELF TIP: The Sacred Protocol: Obtain cold-pressed, hexane-free castor oil (this is crucial; castor oil absorbs toxins, so it must be clean) and organic cotton flannel. Soak the flannel, place it on your liver, cover it with plastic wrap (to avoid staining), and put a hot water bottle on top. Lie down for 45 minutes. Do this for 3 consecutive nights and rest for 4.

👇Pelvic health !!! I Got My Body Back To Normal functioning when I worked my Feet 👣 back into alignment then released my coccyx tailbone & spine & Neck…!!! All these years even RMT’s and many other professionals wouldn’t work on my feet! If they aren’t treating you as a “whole body” & working to realign your “whole body” they aren’t helping you to achieve the “whole body wellbeing of finally walking breathing (ladies you can’t even take a full deep breath into you belly until you are more aligned!)& being well in a “whole balanced body experience of a body set free of restrictions!!! I have achieved this & achieved & maintained my Lymphatic Drainage System Health at the same time! You really don’t achieve one without the other! Got my body back & healthy skin…too! Natural Aging It Was NOT!!!!!!!!!!!
