❄️ COLD SEASON 🥶 this is your reminder that during this time our hands really take a beating. Between the freezing temperatures and indoor heating we have to give our hands a little tlc to avoid dry, cracked hands and keep our manis lasting as long as possible.
-Wear gloves when going outside to avoid premature cracks in nail
-Be more mindful when shoveling and removing snow of your car
-Use cuticle oil daily
-Use rich moisturizers multiple times throughout day
-Don’t use nails as tools
-Keep your nail appointment on a regular schedule to avoid breakage in between
