Reminder of cancellation/no show policy. ❤️

If less than 24 hours is given for a cancellation, 50% of your appointment cost will be charged.
If you fail to show up to an appointment booked, 100% cost of that appointment will be charged.
Charges will need to be paid in full by e-transfer, BEFORE being able to book your next appointment.
Having to enforce this is not a pleasant thing, but lately there have been too many no shows or cancellations that do not give us enough time to fill the spots.
Please understand that this is our livelihood. When you don't show up, we don't get paid. There is no guarantee for us, and not giving enough notice for cancellations makes it hard for us to fill in the spots with other salon guests.

I’m super excited (and a little nervous) to announce that after 8 years of operating my salon out of my home, I’m moving to a new location!!! I will be taking over the salon at the Bentley, located in the central area of Moose Jaw, on 4th ave NW and Ominica. Hours, booking, payments, etc are all remaining the same. I’m excited for this new opportunity and I hope all my current clients are as well. I certainly know my boys are excited to get some room back in the basement and have already started making plans to take it back over. With all of the Covid stuff, I’ve been really lenient about last minute cancellations. 💩happens and I don’t mind giving grace. But no shows still will not be tolerated. Please people, be respectful to your stylist, whoever they may be. This is their livelihood and especially this time of year, they can probably fill in your spot if you give them a little notice. No showing for your appointment means no pay for them.

Just a heads up for my wonderful guests, I will be taking holidays from august 02-17. There are still some spots in July for colours/cuts/extensions. The end of august is filling quickly with back to school appointments so don’t wait too long to message for your appointment ❤️❤️

There are still a few appointments left in December to book for your Christmas hair. Don’t leave it until the last minute!

I believe I have contacted everyone on my list for appointments. If I have missed you please let me know! ❤️ Booking into mid July so please don’t wait too long if you know you’re needing a service.
A message will be sent a couple days prior to your appointment with details of what needs to happen in regards to health and safety in the salon.

I have opened my books to start taking appointments June 01. Any previous appointments that have had to be cancelled are taking priority and I will be contacting you shortly. The current reopening of Saskatchewan has brought excitement and hope to many of us. Especially those who have an extra 2 inches of natural hair colour and haircuts that are on the verge of becoming a mullet.
Along with this excitement there’s also a lot of apprehension. Will we see an increase in numbers? Will people still follow the rules now that it’s summer? What happens if there’s a second wave?
There’s also the fact that my business is in my house with two young boys who are home all the time (Lord help me). I know everyone is anxious to get back to “normal” but I need to be mindful about many factors.
So here is what I have planned for my reopen. Starting May 18th, I will re-open my books to start taking appointments (tentatively) June 1st. This will allow phase 2 to have been operational for two weeks. We will have a better idea how the numbers are looking and how available all of the required PPE is going to be.
I will be messaging clients in order of cancellations. If you are unsure if you are on the list then please feel free to send me a message.
Also,I will be limiting the number of people that come into my home during the day in order to maintain all of the proper sanitation standards.
