Meet Janine! 👋

Janine graduated from Academy Canada, with a diploma in Massage Therapy. 👐 Prior to Massage Therapy, Janine completed a Bachelor of Arts degree from Memorial University, along with a certificate in Criminology. 🧐

Janine takes a holistic approach to massage therapy, and believes true wellbeing comes from treating the body, mind, and nervous system as one. Drawing from a wide range of techniques - including hot stone massage, cupping therapy, gua sha, Indian head massage, and more. Janine tailors each session to meet your unique needs. ✨

Her approach blends therapeutic depth with deep relaxation, supporting pain relief, stress reduction, improved circulation, and overall wellbeing.

Whether you’re looking to release long-held tension, recover from physical pain, or simply enjoy a moment of calm… Janine creates a safe, nurturing space to encourage healing🫶
