Today’s the day I start my next adventure!

I’ve gone through many many emotions over the last few weeks but I’ll just cap it at one big THANK YOU to everyone for your kind words and gestures.

Short and sweet: I’m moving! 💁🏻‍♀️

Long and emotional:
If you’re a current regular client, this is old news (& I’m sorry again 🙈), but if you haven’t seen me for a while this may come as a surprise…

I’m moving to Toronto in one month! 🎉

As much as I’ve absolutely LOVED doing nails for the last 9 years, it was never the end of my path and I’ve always known that. I’ve been working on other passions and growing other skills, and it’s finally my time to move on to the next chapter of my life.

I’m sitting here writing this on an emotional rollercoaster (as I have been for the last couple months) and while I couldn’t be more excited to take my next steps, I also couldn’t be more heartbroken to leave all of my amazing clients behind.

If you’ve been a client of mine once, a couple times, or from the beginning - just know how truly and genuinely appreciative I am for the time we’ve spent together. Being a nail tech is so so much more than just doing someone’s nails - the relationships that are built are so special and so meaningful, and I couldn’t be more thankful for all of the amazing people I’ve had the opportunity to get to know over the years.

To all of my current clients that are going to have to see me ugly cry over the next couple weeks - just know that I will never have the words to adequately express how much I love and appreciate you. Accepting that I don’t get to see your faces and have our monthly chats is hands down the hardest part of it all for me. 

I’m going to stop now because I’m running out of tissues — so thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for being a part of the last 9 years of my life. I wouldn’t be who I am today without it.🖤

It takes a very inspiring collection to make me spend any extra amount of time working on my own nails these days!

As announced earlier this month, I will be making a price adjustment to cover the ever-rising cost of product. To keep it as fair as possible for everyone, I’ve decided to change my pricing structure and charge for my time, as opposed to charging per service or per add-on.

As of this week, all services will start at a base cost of $50 for the first hour, and then $15 for every additional 15 minutes required - no additional charges for add-ons or nail art.

So, simply put if your fill takes an hour and 15 minutes, your cost is $65.
An hour and a half = $80
2 hours = $110

This helps me account for the amount of time and additional product required for intricate artwork or longer lengths, without having to increase prices too dramatically for those of you requiring less time and product.
