As some of you may already know, on May 21st the world lost someone very special, who happened to be a good friend of mine, Hilary Griffiths, to liver cancer. Hilary was the sweetest, most beautiful soul inside and out and was taken from us far too soon.

On September 27th, myself along with some more of her friends will be walking in the Polka Dot Trot in her honour, wearing green for liver cancer.

Polka Dot Trot has a link set up (that I will post below) for donations to help with cancer research. To help raise money, I will be doing a Gift with Donation Draw. Along with a $50 Chatters gift card from myself and my partner, Chatters Salon & Spa Mount Pearl were kind enough to donate this basket of products in honour of my friend.

Chatters Salon & Spa Mount Pearl

It’s been a little bit so here’s a re-introducing me post!! 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m Nikita! I’m a hairstylist for almost 8 years and I’ve been working at Chatters Salon & Spa Mount Pearl for almost 5. I’m new to these get to know me posts so here are some random facts about me 😜

1. I have a cat named Derpy and she is my life. If you are a cat person, I’m your girl 😻

2. I LOVE concerts and travelling. Ask me how many concerts I’ve been to and will go to, I can’t even estimate 😂

3. Huge caffeine/coffee addict (Starbucks iced quad blonde espresso with hazelnut syrup and half & half cream is the BESTTT if you haven’t tried it😍)

4. I am engaged and have been with my partner almost 11 years 💖

5. My music taste is WILD. I like everything. Allll over the place.

6. I am a HUGE Swiftie and if you don’t know me as a stylist, you may know me from the radio! In April of 2024 I won Taylor Tuesdays on hits fm and got to see Taylor in London in August 2024. See! Another concert 🫣💜

7. I love all kinds of color but blonde services are my absolute FAV.

8. The gym is my fav place to go. I go 4 times a week and LOVE IT.

9. My favourite holiday is by far Christmas, I love spending time with my friends and family and it just puts me in such a great mood.

10. One thing on my bucket list is skydiving! Another random fact: I’m afraid of heights 😉
