Crystal Bowl healing and energy work.

When I lay down in the quiet dim room at Shades I didnt know what to expect other than hearing the sounds of the ringing melodically of the crystal bowls. I settled in and was very calmed by Bonnies energy and occassional touch.
What I can only describe as vibrations of peace washed over me after about 10 mins.
I had a lot of visions of white. White sails, white caping, white sheets, clouds and even the Beatles white album. I later learned Bonnie had been sending me quiet white light energy.
I felt a stickiness in my soul start to disintigrate and be swept up into the air, into nothingness.
Old feelings, stale feelings lifted gently but thoroughly.
Every part of my body felt lighter afterwards and the words Authentic and genuine seemed to be important. I felt as though I have recieved a lifting of old thinking and was being asked to not be afraid of being authentic.
The experience was very theraputic and I highley recommend this experience for anyone at any stage in life.
