1. Head to CosmoProfbeauty.ca and login with your account information
*don’t know your account number? You can call member services at 1-888-206-1192*

2. Ensure the Store location at the top is CORRECT. It will be based on your shipping address and can be changed at any time depending which store is more convenient for you.

3. Find ANY item you have on your list & check to see if it is available for IN STORE PICK UP. This option will be located next to the regular shipping option under the price.
*if the item is not showing up as available IN STORE PICK UP, unfortunately that means it’s out of stock. Inventory online reflects what is currently in store, feel free to check other store locations if needed*

4. Head to your BASKET! Ensure Store location is correct for pick up. Quantities of items are correct and add on any final items from your list.
* if you have a CLIENT or FRIEND coming in to pick up the items please select “who is picking up your order”. This will ensure we are giving your purchase to the correct person and they are only coming to pick up not browse on your behalf*

5. Pay with your card (which you can keep on file) and CHECK OUT

6. You will receive an email for placing the IN STORE PICK UP

7. You will receive another email once the order has been fulfilled

8. Come in Store so we can see your smiling face😜
