Meditation, grouding and breathing along with many other tools I try to use everyday to keep myself in this moment right here right now. Reading and researching I decided to make myself a mala necklace to further my meditation. I look forwards to the spiritual growth and wisdom. Something I would like to eventually bring to gypsy spirit hands as something available to use during our massages. All with time.

Few nights ago my oldest asked me for a massage, "like you do for others mom"
It made me realize that every night I would massage him till he was two, and that I hadn't actually given him a full body massage in a while. I always do back and such.
Well I just wanted to share that it was such a special bounding experience, and to be able to show him how healing touch and be and feel the energy flow threw him, hopefully it can teach him tools in life. Great way after busy life to just connect. My youngest also enjoyed it, course she told me knock knock jokes the whole time, but it was just very beautiful. Bonus they both Went to bed like angels.
Touch is very healing, love.
