Hey everyone!
As most of you know Roland and I are expecting our second baby 💙💙. Which means I’ll be back off on mat leave. My goal is to make it to the end of June as long as I’m not hitting people in the head with my belly. With that being said, at this point only having a few months left I won’t be accepting new clients, however, our online booking system doesn’t really accommodate for that easily. So if you’re a new client and do book and appointment with me, I’ll be reaching out and getting you booking in with another of out therapist! Anne Marie, Holly and Jen will take great care of you! I’m so sorry for the hassle, but I just want to make it fair to my current clients before taking off for the year.

Anne-Marie is a Register Massage Therapist, who brings a warm, welcoming presence to her treatments. Originally from Ontario, she graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Mohawk College (Hamilton Ontario) in 2024 before relocating to Nova Scotia in 2025 to begin her career.

Her approach to massage therapy is both therapeutic and holistic, combining a strong clinical
foundation with a calming, client-centered experience. Anne-Marie primarily uses Swedish
massage techniques with moderate to deep pressure to help relieve tension, improve mobility,
and support overall well-being.

She is committed to tailoring each treatment to her clients’ individual needs, goals, and health
history, creating a personalized experience that is both effective and restorative. As she begins
her career, Anne-Marie is passionate about continued learning and looks forward to
incorporating additional modalities such as cupping, hot stone therapy, aromatherapy, and hydrotherapy into her practice.
