Your life might look completely different from the one you once imagined.

But that does not mean it has gone wrong.
Back then, you could only picture a future from the version of you that existed then.
You hadn’t met everyone yet.
You hadn’t lived enough yet.
You hadn’t become this version of yourself yet.

So of course the picture changed.
Some parts may be better than you ever expected.
Some parts may still need changing.
But different does not mean broken.
It just means life kept moving,
and so did you.

The past may already be written in pen, and you can’t rub that part out.

But what comes next is still yours.
You can write it differently.
You can choose again.
You can begin again.
You can turn the page at any time.

You are still becoming.
And you still have the pen in your hand to decide how the next chapter looks.
