• Many times I've turn people away, or have had to proceed with a modified maintenance plan, BECAUSE not everyone can wear hair extensions while dealing with certain health issues or while taking certain medications.

• Too many people install hair extensions without asking enough questions about a person's health, or understand the correlation between a person's health and their hair's ability to safely support the weight of any type of extension.

Everyone should love their hair and hair extensions can help with that.

Are hair extensions for everyone? Simple answer - NO.

If a hair extension tech has not spent time asking you about your health, medication, life style or stressors, they may not know to ask or care enough to ask.

Why is this a problem?

Because a weak hair bulb and/or hair follicle can affect the growth and strength of your hair. Many things can contribute to this; health conditions, medications, nutrition... etc, influencing your hair's ability to support the weight of ANY extension method.

Nanos ARE the safest method for people with thin hair or struggling with a certain amount of hair thinning. There are many times I refuse to install Nanos on people, whether it be for the time being or not at all.

It's important to work with someone who knows enough and cares enough to turn you away for the best interest of your hair's present and future health.
