Officially open June 9!

To all my valued clients, please take a minute to read this extra long post detailing a few temporary changes in the shop to best keep you and myself safe:

- if you, or someone you reside with has been out of the province in the last 14 days, contact me and we will reschedule your appt
- if you’ve been in direct contact with someone who has a confirmed or suspected case of covid-19, contact me and we will reschedule your appt
-if you have ANY cold or flu symptoms, sore throat, fever, congestion, muscle aches etc, contact me and we will reschedule your appt.

-I am asking all clients to wash their hands when first entering the shop.
-in an effort to cut back on the amount of bodies in the shop, I won’t be doing nail fixes until the threat of this virus slows down.
-I am also asking you to come to your appts alone. Most of you already do but I feel it should be said I want to be able to properly sanitize all objects that are heavily touched between each client for your own protection, and more people in the shop means more room for errors.
If you need to bring a little one with you, don’t panic, as long as they are healthy and have something to occupy them, I am fine with that.
-which leads to my final request. Please be on time. Within 5 mins of your appt time. This will ensure that I don’t have more than one client in the shop at a time which reduces the risk to you and also gives me the time needed to properly clean my lights, doorknobs, light switches, railing, taps etc

outside of these situations, all your booked appts are still a go. As long as I stay well or are otherwise told, I WILL be working all my scheduled hours and will do my best to keep both you and my family protected against any and all germs!!

A reminder to be on time for appts. This means, within 5 mins before and after your scheduled time. Any earlier, impedes on the previous clients’ time, later will impede on the next one, or could result in requiring you to reschedule your appt.
a cancelation fee will be added to your next appt if you do not show up for your scheduled appt. yes hate to impose this one but I have a fairly extensive cancelation list and try to stair to all

Heads up, my Christmas vacation will be dec 23-28, Dec30-jan 4 🙂
Oh and mark your calendars, I’ll be away oct 10-15, 2019! Don’t say I didn’t warn you lol

Hey ladies. I’m officially on vacation. I’ll be in the shop working a bit early in the week, honouring the appts that were previously booked, but I won’t be answering any messages until sept 4! Thank you!!

Just a friendly reminder to make sure you’re reading your 24 hr appt reminder emails, and on time ❤️

Well this is a first for me, but....next week I am standing in a wedding. I have taken off some time for wedding related things. In addition I have taken on three additional wedding parties the same week. What this means is, I will be unable to do any nail fixes, or have much flexibility for the next two weeks. Most of next week I’ll be out of the shop so if you text and I don’t get back to you, that is why and I’ll respond as soon as I’m back in the shop. Thank you for your understanding!
