Most “welcome to the team” posts all start to sound the same, but Kayla has earned something a little different.

On Friday, Kayla officially completed her On the Job Training with us, and we couldn’t be more proud to have her joining the Old Money team.

As a mother of three young children, she somehow managed to show up six days a week, working open to close while completing her required training hours. Watching her balance everything life threw at her while never losing sight of her goal was nothing short of inspiring. Her dedication and work ethic have been impossible to ignore.

You can’t teach that kind of determination. You can teach cutting techniques, fading, and styling—but you can’t teach someone to work that hard. That’s just who Kayla is. Welcome to the Team, we can’t wait to see where this industry takes you! 🤍
