Helen's Electrolysis is committed to COVID-19 safe practices during our re-opening in phase 2. Along with being in accordance of all up to date Fraser Health guidelines, here are ways we'll be keeping you safe in this time while still being able to provide the quality service you're familiar with:

- Patients are expected to arrive wearing a face covering and to sanitize their hands immediately
- Patients arriving will have their temperature checked before being given a waiver and subject to further questioning from technician
- Treatment tables are now covered with a single-use paper covering
- Technician will be wearing a full face shield along with the standard practice surgical mask
- We will not be accepting any walk-ins at this time and are by-appointment only
- Closely scheduled appointment will be staggered sufficiently to allow enough time to sanitize the office before the next appointment
- Only one client is permitted in the office at a time, arriving patients are expected to wait outside until given the all-clear from the technician
