Specializing in Microblading and Keratin Lash lifts in uptown New Westminster

This brow journey began in 2016!
Since then we’ve gone from Microblading, combo, to full powder shading, and through it all we’ve been able to keep her results pretty natural. This time, we upped her density to really fill in her sparse spots, and warmed up her colour to keep them brighter for longer.

I’ve invested in training, tools, pigments, machines… but never really thought much about what I was sitting on every day.

Funny how sometimes it’s the smallest changes that end up making the biggest impact!

What workspace upgrade has been worth every penny for you?

You want natural… until you don’t.

When clients are unsure of what they want—or feel nervous about committing to full shading—I always remind them:

You can start soft and build more definition over time, but you can’t easily go the other way.

That’s why I prefer to start conservatively. We can always add more at your touch up once you’ve had time to live with your brows and see how they heal ✨

Brow trauma is real ❤️‍🩹

Most clients are afraid to get laser removal and are content with a cover up. Sometimes starting over is easier overall, but everyone’s comfort level is different; for my clients, I’ll educate, but support their decisions throughout their brow journey.

My client came in years ago with thickly tattooed, salmon coloured eyebrows. She tried Microblading, but it just hasn’t held up with her combo-oily skin. She was also understandably afraid of warmth because of her previous experience so we always opted for cooler tones. At her recent touch up, we transitioned her to full powder shading and diffused her previous microblading to a soft, even powder effect and reintroduced some warmth to give her the vibrancy her brows were lacking ✨

Gifted! but genuinely loving the concept behind this aftercare ♡̶

Healing is a huge part of achieving beautiful healed results, and one thing I appreciate about the POPU Brow Aftercare Gel is its focus on keeping the skin hydrated, comfortable, and supported throughout the recovery process.

The single-dose packaging is also a nice touch—it keeps application clean and hygienic, making aftercare simple for clients to follow at home.

Healthy healing ↠ happier brows

Creating balance between brows that were worlds apart 🌗

Different heights, different arches, different growth patterns + scarring. The goal is balance, not perfection. And when a client loves a bold brow, you create a bold brow!

As I ‘mature’ 😜…
I couldn’t be any more focused on my health and well being. This stool has been a major upgrade and worth the investment thanks to

Here’s to all of us fighting off Father Time as long as we can!

Still stuck on hair strokes over full shading?
Then let’s move at your pace.

For clients who come back with healed brows that have no stroke definition, I’ll encourage full shading for a more even, soft saturation. If that client is really stuck on hair strokes, we’ll keep them limited and spaced apart with the hopes they either hold, or the client comes to terms with the idea it’s not the most suitable for them. At the end of the day, I can’t push you to do something you’ll be unhappy with, but I can hold your hand until you get there ⇝

Previously microbladed brows that actually healed pretty well!

The only real issue we had was with how thick and oddly connected the strokes were, but we made it work. My client really wanted them to look ultra natural so we kept the strokes defined, spaced apart so they wouldn’t blend into the old ones, and added some soft shading in the tail to create some fullness where she’s missing hair.

We laid the foundation and we’ll adjust if we need to at her touch up ✨
