May is Mental Health Awareness Month! 💚
This month, our co-op student Isabelle is helping raise awareness about the importance of mental health and the value of having supportive spaces to talk, learn, and grow. Mental wellness looks different for everyone, and taking time to care for your mental health is just as important as caring for your physical health.
At our clinic, we offer counselling services with two psychotherapists, along with complimentary 15 minute consultations for those interested in learning more or exploring whether counselling may be a good fit for them.
