I competed in my first bikini competition. And let me tell you, it was humbling 🩵

The amount of work that goes into prep is almost like having a part time job - late nights, early mornings, strict meal prep and planning. It was a grind. But one that only yields benefit to me and my body, and I’m so grateful for the experience

Although a placing didn’t come my way, I’m so proud of myself for the process, the progress I made, and the commitment that I made and kept to myself! Only going up from here ⬆️
