I'm delighted to let you know that WAXpert was visited by a York Region health inspector and has passed the inspection.

As you may have already heard, I am finally re-opening my doors starting Friday, June 19th! Please be patient as I will respond to all your requests and messages promptly as possible.

I am so beyond excited to see all of you and to help you again.

Once again, please be mindful of the new rules and regulations we must adhere to during our appointment. ⠀
If you are coming in for an appointment, please come alone, travel lightly, and wear a mask! Yes, there are a few new changes we must comply with, but rest assured, you will always receive the same quality/personalized treatments that you know and love.

Unfortunately York Region is not included in the regions listed by the goverment for Phase 2 reopening. Hoping it will be included in 2nd part of reopening.

I always put my clients health as top priority, it’s important to know that going back to work will be a change, the new normal is taking every precaution when treating clients! Health first!

Covid-19 Update:
As we wait anxiously for us to get back to normal, I wanted to provide you my valued clients with WaxPerts next steps:

As we continue to wait for the Province to provide specific guidelines. And, with other areas of the country re-opening, we are researching and pulling together some of their best practises.

As a starting point, appointments and visits will be arranged slightly different then how we had conducted services prior to Covid-19. While keeping you safe and ensuring you continue to receive the best possible experience.

- we will close our waiting room to ensure the we are abiding by the social distancing requirements 6ft/2m
- we ask that you arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment time and wait patiently in your car
- we will call/text you when it is safe for you to enter
- service room will be cleaned, sanitized and disinfected prior to your visit
- we ask that you also wear a mask coming into the building
- upon arrival to our suite, we will have available hand sanitizer and ask that you sanitizer your hands prior to entering the service room

In an effort to ensure that time is being allotted for thorough cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting for each of our clients. We will be keeping to a very strict appointment schedule.
