The Hair: 20” Jet Black Straight Volume Weft

Her natural hair is nice and long which helped in blending the extensions. We did 2 rows for fullness, sewn into black beads to blend into her natural hair.

I will always prep your hair before an install, it removes the protective film, allows the hair to expand. That way when I go to cut & blend the hair it lays down how it naturally will. Plus I feel like it holds the first style a lot better, rather than having your curls fall before you get to your first wash.

This is also a wonderful option for Bridal Styles as it easily add volume but not extreme heaviness, and the sewn in method looks just like your natural hair at the root, and so flexible for an up style.

It’s hard to start training your hair & scalp to last 4-5 days without washing, but it’s worth it. Your body produces those oils faster the more often you wash it away. Using dry shampoo in between washes will help keep it fresh, especially when used before your scalp produces too much oil.

• Blow drying & heat styling properly •
Blow drying your hair is the most amazing feeling once it’s done and bouncy. Just remember to apply heat protectant, keep the heat of the dryer on medium, and don’t over dry your sections as that will cause breakage and dryness.
This all apply a to curling or flat ironing your hair.

• Maintaining your colour •
Keeping up with your colour appointments as recommended by your stylist. Depending on your desired colour you may need to see your stylist every 6/9/12 weeks. It’s important to keep with the schedule your stylist sets to avoid banding and other corrective outcomes.
